Ashley Curran Fitness
Ashley’s training style sets her apart from other trainers in her industry. Every trainer has their own philosophy about exercising, and Ashley loves to challenge her clients to the best of their potential. I love lifting weights, but strongly believe that your heart is the most important muscle. Ashley combines both cardiovascular training with strength training and focuses on increasing her clients’ metabolic rate. Ashley guides her clients through interval training that consists of short bursts of high intensity exercise followed by low-intensity exercise to allow for adequate recovery. This training method not only helps clients burn more calories during their workout, but also increases their calorie burn for up to two days after their workout as well.
“A common phrase I hear all too often is, ‘I can’t do this.’ My response is always the same thing, ‘Yes you can! You don’t give yourself enough credit.’ I believe strongly in giving my clients a very challenging workout, but I would never give them anything they couldn’t handle or do. Being pushed and driven to do things out of your comfort level is scary, but I believe nothing is more satisfying then having a client succeed.” -Ashley Curran
